Bought this Amana dishwasher to replace my old dishwasher, which completely stopped working. This Amana is so much quieter than my old one, and it does a great job getting my dishes clean. Very happy with its performance and stylish looks!

I totally love the look and performance of this new dishwasher. I had just replace one that I had for about 20 years with another brand and kept it about two year. It never cleaned well nor did it dry my dishes all the way no matter how may settings I tried!
This Amana is the absolute "cherry on the top" as it out performs the other two it has replaced and in high performance.
Thank you Amana for making a product that actually performs as it advertises!!!

I wanted a simple washer that would get my dishes clean. I didnt want to pay extra for bells and whistles. Just not in my budget. This washer get my dishes clean. But not as advertised. You will need to rinse dishes. If I put mine in without rinsing, they dont come out clean as advertised. Dishes do not completely dry. Even with rinse aids. Not prefect but it cleans well and is quiet.

I love this dishwasher!! I no longer have to pre-wash my plates, silverware or bowls! It has plenty of power to cut through everything I have thrown at it. The cycle is fairly quick and the noise isn't noticeable while watching tv or running a cycle when I go to bed. I highly recommend this dishwasher!

Our new house had this dishwasher installed when we bought. It lasted less than a year before starting to flood our kitchen. It turns out the heating element broke apart and melted a hole in the bottom of the dishwasher so all the water that entered was draining onto our hardwood floor! It took us awhile to troubleshoot the problem since we thought it was something to do with the drainage system being clogged so we ended up filling the dishwasher three times with it flooding every time.

Our old washer of 10 years just died so this was the replacement. Yes, it's not the quietest, but it's a marked improvement from the old loud one. (Don't have to crank up the t.v. volume as much at least!) Very pleased with the purchase.

Have had it for a few weeks now, so far so good. It was an easy change out that I completely in about 1 hour. Only time will tell if the washer can hang in there and do its job.

Got this to replace a Whirlpool dishwasher that died after 10 years. This one is quieter, very efficient. Not good at drying dishes, however, even using "heated dry" and JetDry agent. Also, wish it had a "rinse only" feature that the previous one did.

Just had this new washer installed. I'm impressed! I wanted a simple washer, with the basics, the addition of stainless steel was a nice perk included with the price. So far it's quieter then my last washer which is a thumbs up here.

On the third wash of this 'new' dishwasher the water kept gushing in and would not stop, even though the machine was turned off and the door opened!!!! We had to turn off the water supply. My kitchen, dining room & basement were flooded...I now have ruined laminate flooring upstairs, ceiling tiles, carpet and desks ruined...I am very unhappy that a brand new machine would do this. The plumber came out at midnight to inspect and told me it was a machine fault all lines etc are good. I'll expect compensation for the damage caused.

I bought this the end of September, had service come out and replace the detergent/rinse agent dispenser because they said it wasn't working. Well, a month later the rinse agent still looks full like it isn't working. Now what? The dishes and the inside of the door is still wet after the cycle.

Brand new washer. Came with the house. Still had tags on it. Problems include:
-Poor waging capabilities (might as well wash everything by hand)
-excessively long wash cycles
-heated dry function does not work at all
-load
-cheaply made (parts not assembled by customer had to be tightened
-small I can fit more in my sink (I ha e a standard size sink
Now, I'm sure the cheapskate that refurbished this house has a lot to do with the fact that I'm stuck with this waging unit. The only thing it has going for it, is that when my counter dish rack is full, I open the washer up and use its (limited) space to air dry the rest of my dishes. Spend your money on a better quality brand.

This dishwasher is pretty good for the price. The biggest issue is how noisy it is. My husband took the insulation blanket from our old dishwasher and tied it on this one with rope, and that really helped with the noise.

Good dishwasher, A little noisy when it starts to wash but after a few minutes it's very quiet and you don't hear it running. Drying on this item could be better, usually dishes are not dried completely and leave water spots. But it is a good product and price was reasonable.

This is our 3rd Amanda dishwasher. I have been happy with them until now. Even with a rinse agent and using heated dry (which I never used to need), dishes are wet and water pours down the door when the cycle is done. Dishes are clean. That's a plus. I dont need a lot of bells and whistles.I had to have my cabinet/ flooring installers regrout the wood toe kick after installation so I don't want to have to replace this again. We will have to live with wet dishes.

Bought new appliances and purchased this dishwasher. Had a professional install it and for some reason when we was the dishes there is a puddle right in front of the dishwasher every time. Maybe a faulty dishwasher? Other than that my dishes come out clean!
