Within one year it the blower wheel is warped and defective. It produced cold air for about one month before starting to go bad. Within 3 months it was louder then than traffic and low flying planes overhead. No support, and now discontinued? How very convenient. Will be reporting to better business bureau.

Hi I bought a house with this newly installed replacement and honestly I wish they left the old one in. I have it set on 62 cool and it warms the room. Also since it™™s not cooling it runs constantly. It™™s a great disappointment. It™™s nothing beyond a wall decoration I can™™t use.

Purchased in wall AC on 6/15. installed on 6/16, plugged in and the AC was making the loudest ear splitting chatter you have ever heard. Customer service unavailable and not taking calls. Chat representative disconnected me. This has been a beyond awful experience.

We had several heatwaves this year here in Washington state. Our smaller air-conditioners just weren't cutting it. We purchased 2 of these to replace 2 of the 3 we had. They work almost too well! I have to actually turn the temperature up because they are so much colder than our old ones. And they certainly are much quieter! Thanks for such a great product, and a remote control just makes everything perfect!

We purchased this unit to replace an older model and it is definitely quieter and has a nice updated look. The only disappointing feature is on the remote; it used to have separate buttons for each mode - i.e. cool, auto, etc. - but now there's just one mode button, which needs to be pressed multiple times to get to the right setting. Short of walking over to the unit or memorizing the order of functions, this single button is not the best feature.

Expected it to be more quiet and would have appreciated a better operation manual. It's hard to know if it's operating properly. New a/c's do not operate like they used to and it was not possible to get someone at Frigidaire to speak with. But it works and cools well.
