This is my first AC unit and it works well and as expected. The screen that displays numbers is only covered by plastic and has already torn. The AC could be quieter and makes a sloshing noise, but it works and cools. It looks good and is easy to clean.

Thank God that I got this just in time for the HOTTEST Summer ever! I have run this thing 24/7 since it was put in my wall. My first electric bill was $96. I am used to my electric bill being around $200 in the Summer with a/c running. Must be very energy efficient.

I bought this about a month ago after the unit that came with my home died. I love the features, and that I can direct the air flow. It is loud and installed in the wall next to my TV, so that is unfortunate. But all in all, it's a great unit and temps/fan choices are great with a sleep mode and timer.
