This is the first time we™€™ve had a gas cook top in decades. The old ones were difficult to clean, subject to spills making a real mess, and difficulty lighting. This cooktop has fixed all of those problems! And our gas and electric bills have gone down! This is a GREAT improvement on an old cooking system.

We absolutely love this gallery gas cooktop! We had this installed in a newly built condo, and love the layout of the burners. It allows you to extend over if you have a larger pot you need to use, and there is plenty of room for cooking multiple things. We have much more expensive appliances in our main home, and Frigidaire gallery is actually just as good if not better than the higher end appliances.

This was my only option from my builder, all of the control knobs have snapped off within the first year. Several people in my neighborhood have had the same issue. New knobs are ridiculously expensive to replace. Do NOT purchase.

Nice cooking power. I really don™€™t like that after you lite them fire you have to keep Turing the knob forward to lower the flame. Usually turning the the right would be to raise the flame and the left would be to lower it so it takes some getting used to. Another thing is it scratches very easily! Be careful if you want to keep you cooktop looking nice! Lastly. I had to have someone come and repair the burner because it just stopped working after only being lit one time! That definitely threw me and I™€™m worried that this will be an ongoing issue. I sure hope not. I will say the process of getting someone out was quick and easy so that was a plus. Lastly, I don™€™t care for the placement of the burners. I thought it would create more usable space but the space created is not useable. The extra space is just where the handle of your pots will hang.

This is a workhorse. I am a great Italian cook and this is one of my favorites I have ever owned. It has lots of space for large pots on all of the burners at the same time. The heat is easy to control from very low to high. I really enjoy cooking on it!

We looked for quite some time before selecting this cooktop. We were replacing the original cooktop that came with our home, and wanted better quality than what we had. Having used Frigidaire Gallery appliances in the past, I knew the quality would be there. We love the layout of the burners, and the way the knobs are placed in the front. There's plenty of room for two large pots without feeling crowded. The flame intensity has a great range...from really high to simmer, and it's easy to dial in whatever you need. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase, and look forward to many years of service from it.

Very nice cooktop. The open design between burners makes for very easy cleaning. The lighter ignition is very quick. The burner control is precise. The high temp gets a pot of water boiling quickly. The reason for the 4 star instead 5. Is the fasteners To hold the stove down on the counters is on the sides left and right. I don™€™t have enough room to do this. I needed to go front and back. So I used a spot of silicone caulk To fasten to The counter.

Nice and sturday appliance. Id rather have the burners lined up with each other for big pans that need to use both burners at the same time. Additionally, you have to make sure the pan cover's beyond the rack. I have to be careful because the pan slips some which can cause a fire from the side.

We moved into our new home a month ago and this cooktop came with our new home! I have never had a gas cooktop before, so this is a learning experience! I have learned the different size burners mean there are different BTU's for different methods of cooking. For example the large burner on the bottom right has the most BTU's and is most helpful for searing meats. The smallest burner in the upper right corner has the smallest BTUs and is perfect for keeping my sauces from scorching. The two burners on the left are the ones you will use the most. I love that clean up is really easy!
