Purchased this ac 6 mos ago bc home heating/air went out. It's can get really hot in Fla. Placed unit in large master bdrm and it only took at couple of hours to cool. It's quiet and the remote makes it easy to control from bed.

Modified it per instructions (using a very sharp cutting instrument) to have it fit into the window, adjusted the tubing/exhaust and put the remote to work. Happy with the performance -- and especially the low Amperage. I really like that it's attractive and has an easy to ready panel.

I bought this unit for fall and spring. I™™ve used it for 2 weeks and it™™s making the room cold which is good. It™™s quiet enough for sleeping but a little to noisy for working from home on zoom calls all day of the unit is close to your remote location.

I would not recommend this air conditioner it stopped working after having it for only five months. My old one still works and it over 15 years old. I wish I never bought this. That's $300 plus I'll never get back.

We bought this item about 6 weeks ago. The main goal was to dehumidify and cool down our home. Both have worked well. The only thing we do not like is the noise and the large tube that has to be connected to the window. We placed it in the living room and the tube definitely stands out but we can live with it.

My mom has an LG air conditioner and we had a Black and Decker years ago, both models were extremely loud, but this Frigidaire model is much quieter. It cools well, I love the remote, and the wheels are a great feature too.

I bought this as I needed a new one. This one was great! It was pretty quiet, cooled down my room very quickly and I love the different settings. The sleep and timer settings were the best. The dehumidifier was great on those extra humid days. This AC never gave me any problems and I recommend this to anyone and everyone!

I was happy to have both an air conditioner and a dehumidifier in one unit. The a/c features kept my sun facing room comfortable. I like this unit so much, I bought a 2nd smaller one for my daughter's bedroom.

I have run this for the past month of September in the high desert and it cools nicely for a bedroom size of 15 x 20. It has a clean sleek design, weighs with substance and is on wheels for portability, the window kit comes with everything one needs. This is is a good purchase and a good-value price!

Bought this a couple weeks ago now. It's been good and bad.Pros: 1. It can get a 12 x 9 room in 80+ degree weather, fairly chill. Even with a computer venting out heat and a temporary, not sealed well window covering setup.2. Not having to drain it (I only use cold mode anyways).3. Remote works fairly well as long as it has line of sight to the unit. Plus it remembers where you last had it set.Cons:1. The plastic piece the vent hose connects to (that goes in the window) and the sliding piece attached to it both came cracked and split. Still no message from CS. 2. This one's more of a personal gripe, but the vent hose is really really stiff and the plastic connections on each end aren't as stiff and solid. So if you try to turn the AC sideways (like to face you at a desk or something), either end will pop off easily.3. Price wasn't the best. Specially for the issues I have. Wish it was closer to $290-300.Neutral:1. It can get loud, more so when the condenser kicks on, but unless you're in dead silence, you won't notice it. Easy to fall asleep and drone it out with the way it sounds, it's consistent low hum.

I™™ve had this now for a couple of months. It cools down a room very quickly and keeps it cool for hours. I like the multiple settings and it lets me know when to clean the filter. However, recently its gotten a bit louder and makes a lot of noise when first turning it on. Not that big of an issue for me but if you™™re a light sleeper it could be a problem.

I spent $300 on this stupid thing and it doesn™™t work at all! It doesn™™t cool down my room. And it™™s truly just a waste of money. The swing feature doesn™™t even work either. And it™™s WAY too heavy so I can™™t even take it back! I™™m definitely not happy at all.

Unfortunately, it took my landlord more than two weeks to fix my air conditioner when it broke, so I decided to invest in this portable. It definitely cools a room down! It's a little awkward on tile, as it rattles and doesn't stay in one orientation, but it's fine on a rug. Honestly, I can't complain. It's a lifesaver. I can breathe again, and I don't have to worry about my newborn overheating.

We purchased this unit as a tropical storm/power outage back up for our SW Florida home because it can be powered from our dual fuel generator. Our biggest concern - after confirming needed watts - was ease of installation - and it was a snap. All we needed was a power drill and screw driver!

My brother bought this air conditioner for me over a year ago, I've never had any problems with it until just recently. The "P1"came on for the first time a month ago. I took the whole machine outside drained it, cleaned the filter, wipe down the outside of the machine. Brought it back into my bedroom plugged it in within 5 minutes the "P1" code came up again. Unplug the machine took it outside yet again drained it, let it sit outside until it was completely drained nothing but a trickle came out. Brought it back inside 10 minutes later I got the same error code... This is becoming a real hassle and it beeps every time the code comes up. So every couple of minutes I hear "beep beep", "beep beep".

It works as intended. The room cools off fast. Easy to wheel from room to room. Somewhat heavy and bulky to carry up and down stairs but this was one of the lightest on the market.

This is my favorite portable A/C! It's my second one. My last one lasted a couple of years, no issues, kept my room freezing cold (how I like it) and when it was time for a new one, I got the same exact one again! I definitely recommend this A/C to everyone

We found a terrific way to cool down during hot summer months, without the expense of window air conditioning while working from home. I bought this to cool my son's south-facing bedroom and it does the job well. "I slept great dad!" It's relatively quiet, and the remote control is great (which I mounted with Velcro next to his bed). Comes with all of the mounting hardware you would need, but if you plan to remove the exhaust setup from the window you'll probably need to get some more adhesive-backed foam for the next season's installation.

Bought and installed, not a bad product...when it works. It stopped cooling 2 months in, and customer service was great. Unfortunately the return for warranty is not an easy process and there is waiting involved. I would rather be able to go to a dealer/ store and trade in as opposed to wait days and days for a new ac unit. Little warm during the wait.

This saved the week for me. After a major storm we had no electricity for 4 days and my only power was a portable generator connected to a transfer switch. Not enough to power my central air. I bought this, put it in the living room and it did a great job keeping the first floor of the house cool.

The ac works well in cooling mode. A little disappointed in the auto mode feature. Doesn™™t seem to keep the room as cold even after lowering the temperature. But overall it does the job.

We bought this unit two months ago and it has worked well so far. We have it set between 72 and 75 degrees, where it cools a small living area. (There is also cooling help from a ductless wall unit.) It™™s a bit noisy, but not too bad.

I live at the tip of Texas(Brownsville) it's not only hot we are on the coast it's humid. Actually it's miserable. My central ac messed up and during this pandemic I didn't want a technician in my home.
