My wife is a home baker and uses this range sometime 10 hours a day without issue. If I had to pick a negative it would be that when the range is used at the high temp the light bulb can't take the heat and i have to replace it which is very easy. We love the air fry application and we have used every mode except the WiFi but I plan to try that as well. This range is easy to use but follow instructions for cleaning and you'll be fine.

This has been a terrible stove for us

Worst stove we ever purchased. Before the one year warranty was up we had service called as one of the burners only stayed on high. while under warranty, of course nothing could be found to fix it. we fixed it ourselves. The second year, the mother board had a mind of its own and would shut down and electronically self select options. We replaced the mother board. Worked fine for a few months but again have issues. The oven shuts off at any temperature and then starts cycling through on its own self clean, roast, broil etc. Sometimes, we can't push any buttons on the panel. Can't wait to get rid of this!

Warm function turned on by itself. Luckily I was close by to notice. Would not turn off. The chat included on the app couldn™€™t help. Told me to call the number on the website to connect with an agent that told me to turn it off ™€œfor 30 minutes to an hour™€. No additional help. This happens 3 MONTHS after the 1 year warranty expired. There aren™€™t any repair agents in my area (what????) so I have to go through a 3rd party to repair I™€™d the ™€œ30 minutes to an hour™€ suggestion doesn™€™t work. Expensive trash.

The controls in the front are "very sensitive". Get near one and it will operate. Also, the back of the range is about an inch and a quarter from being flush to the wall, because of the size of the plug connection to the wall. A recess in the back of the oven for the plug to fit inside would solve this issue. I had to spend $40+ on a triangle shaped trim piece to cover the gap.

I have had GE products for 50 years. My last stove was bought during pandemic so sight unseen along with dishwasher microwave and refrigerator which I paid for up front and didn™€™t see for 8 months. I started having problems within a year. After several repairmen tried to fix over which never held temp so I couldn™€™t use. I decided since no one made this color I was mot going to buy everything new since I only needed stove. Well no one in my area even had the color I needed. So first one came was suppose to be just like my old one. Came wrong color. 2nd one came broken back burner had dropped. Finally third one came and it was 420 dollars more again sight unseen and that one dials out in front and for short people it hard to reach back and oven seal comes off when door is opened. Should have kept old one and quit baking it would of been easier

Really like this stove, it replaced a 17 yr old smooth top GE Profile. The black slate fits with our other black appliances. Old range had overhang that covered the gap between stove and granite countertop. Was able to find black aluminum inserts on Amazon that look great. The cooktop on this stove is as easy to clean as the old one, no problem with marks or stains. The burners heat quickly and evenly. Still getting used to the oven temp, seems a bit finicky. Not too impressed with the wifi feature, won™€™t stay connected to home network, no other Wi-Fi devices have this problem. But it™€™s not a big deal, don™€™t care much about controlling the oven remotely, although this may be impt to some.

I'm a little disappointed in the cooktop. I previously owned a slide in range with a ceramic cooktop that had a half inch on each side that overlapped the countertop. This prevents spills falling between the stove and the cabinets on each side.

Buzzer is faint and no side edge for spillovers

The buzzer should be louder and the consumer should have a choice of sound range on it vs on or off. It is a safety issue to be louder. On the occasional spillover, my old range had a lip on the sides that gave peace of mind to protect the countertops. It has no higher lip. My old range lasted 24 years. I hope this one does also.

Overall ok but some minor complaints

Overall ok but disappointed on a few points. Before purchasing, I spoke to customer service to see if the SmartHQ app would indicate whether the stove top was on (to address those just left the house and "oh crap, did I turn the stove off" worries). Was assured it did but...it doesn't. Had also checked for the same functionality on a comparable LG and it supposedly had it as well but we went with the GE since our old stove was a GE and lasted a long time. Other minor issues: - The timer is so quiet, you might not even hear it if you're at the sink washing dishes when it goes off. Nothing like the timer on the old oven which you could hear upstairs on the opposite side of the house - The touch controls are very sensitive, just brushing against them while leaning over the stove to reach a rear burner can trigger touches - Like that it has a hot stovetop indicator but wish it was like the old one which gave a further indication of which burner(s) were still hot

I absolutely lovevthe style. The features are great. I'm excited that the stove has the same exterior measurements but the inside is bigger. Air fry option is great, one less appliance to buy. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the discrepancy in the description of the stove. One place it states three racks and in an other it states two racks.. well it only comes with two racks. But overall i live the stove oooh it even connects to your cell phone with the app and i know if the timer has gone off or if it reaced temperature when im in the other room.

This range oven is fantastic! There was a bit of a learning curve having to retrain my brain to go by the numbers on the dial for the stove top, and not just the position of the knob (on my old range), because it is really cool to have the 2 different sizes of burners available in the two forward burners. The air fryer really does get hot so fast and the oven has cooked for me very evenly. I also love not having to worry about avoiding the heating elements when I have to clean it out.
