Great fridge for the money. I was limited as to what I could put into the existing space, and the dimensions of this worked for me. The only issues were that there was some sort of sticky grease in various places on glass shelves, and also the two crisper drawers are a bit hard to get closed all the way. Other than that, I've been quite happy with it. The delivery service that was provided, however, was atrocious. They refused to disconnect the water line from my old refrigerator (luckily a friend was able to come and do it for me) and it also took me three sessions of mopping to clean up all of the snow and ice melt that they tracked into my house. I would not recommend the home delivery to ANYONE.

Our fridge is in our RV and came with it. We've been dealing with this thing breaking down for over a year. Every time it breaks it's something different. We've had to use coolers countless time because every time we want to camp it goes bad. For over 2 months we've tried to get it fixed, they replaced 4 parts 2 weeks ago and said it wasn't cooling properly but I used it for 4 days and worked fine. 2 days later it's not working, another part I sure bad. What does it take to get it replaced? I'd hate to think this was in my house and I was over 2 months without a fridge!!!

I chose this refrigerator mainly based on size and the fact that it has rollers/wheels to move it more easily. The shelving is appropriate for what I'd expect for the price. A little on the noisy side and I don't think it has a light for the freezer compartment? Overall it's ok for the price and hopefully it will last for a number of years.

We bough this refrigerator to use in our lower level bar area. It offers a lot of storage for a smaller, sleek appliance. I'm glad we opted for the glass versus wire shelves so that cans/bottles can easily be stored. It's also nice to have the sliding drawer so that we can move as needed to store bottles below. My only regret is I wish I would have opted for the finger-print resistant stainless. It shows each and every finger print that touches the doors.

It was the only size frig and brand to fit through my condo door plus it has wheels removable shelfs and energy saver. I wish the refrigerator comes with a egg basket , ice tray and offers the colour bisque like my previous refrigerator Maytag plus.

Nous étions super satisfait. Fonctionnait très bien et super silencieux. Jusqu'à la semaine passe ou le froid diminuait de jours en jours. Verdict: perte de liquide refroidissant. La pièce a remplacée plus le remplissage du liquide totalisent environ 750$+tx de réparation pour un réfrigérateur de 900$.
Le réparateur mentionne qu'il est pas surprenant de voir un réfrigérateur à moins de 1000$ mourir entre 5-7 ans.
Désolant car il a toujours un aspect neuf comme s'il venait d'etre Acheté.

I bought this unit in May 2017. Days ago, it began to blow all the time, but not cooling. The top freezer always above zero degree. I contacted whirlpool Canada. A technician came and charged me $115. It was estimated by him that I will have to spend additional $460 to repair the problem. I am very disappointed. A 2-year-old fridge should not need this kind of repair. It has been used as normal only. It is unacceptable for this unit to break down just within two years.

Came installed in new destination model trailer. The unit would freeze up every week and spoil the food in the fridge. We use it on the weekend stayes plugged in and on sight so not user friendly. I did contact customer service and they were going to send a repairman out. The only repairman in the area was 3 weeks out. So I ordered parts online and fixed it
myself after 3 weeks . Poor workmanship.

I purchased a 2018 31" Thor with this model Refrigerator. After 15 months (3 months after the warranty expired) it will not cool or freeze. General RV told me there is nothing they can do and I contacted an appliance tech from whirlpool.com and was told that I needed to pull the unit out myself and it is likely a compressor that would cost me $300 to $900 to replace. By the looks of it, these units placed in RVs are low grade and commonly malfunction. I expect a better service given that the life of an average RV refrigerator is 12-15 years not 12 to 15 months

This refrigerator came in our new 2017 RV. We used it approximately 12 months and it stopped working! This is a disgrace for a brand new appliance. It cost us $80 for a service call for a repairman to tell us we need a new refrigerator and $100 deductible for a claim. Thank God we purchased an extended warranty. This is insane!

I've had my new fridge for just over a month. I love love love it! I love the sliding basket from one side to another and its very quiet .It has a lot of food space and I love the glass shelf in the freezer.

We purchased a 2017 Thor Palazzo RV which included this refrigerator. It stopped cooling two weeks ago. Called a certified Whirlpool repair service and they couldn't find the leak. They filled it with refrigerant and said that that was all they could do. We took the RV on vacation and the fridge broke down again along with the Whirlpool washer!! I'm SO done with Whirlpool products!

Unit was installed in an RV. Stopped cooling after one year. RV Dealer must remove for service by Whirlpool tech. Cheaper to just buy another so I have ordered an identical unit and purchased an extended warranty.
I have seen other reviews from RV owners and this model with the same issue. Is there something incompatible with the RV's electrical systems. I am insralling a GFCI on the unit this time.
The labor at the RV dealer is astronomical as the fridge has to be taken out of a window. The RV was a Quantum 32 by THOR.

It is 3 years old and will not cool. It is in an RV and the dealer must remove it so a whirlpool certified repair person can fix it and then it has to be reinstalled again by our dealer. It's a massive headache and only 3 years old.

We've now had our 16 cubic foot Whirlpool refrigerator for a few weeks and we love it. The features, like the sliding meat keeper, are amazing. The see through vegetable keepers allow me to view its contents easily. I now have the room I need with this fridge. It's also very quiet and performs well in keeping everything cool or frozen. It's everything we hoped for and more. We're so happy with our purchase!

We were forced to have this in our Class C RV bought at Genetal RV in Huntley, and it has never performed as it should! The refrigerator has never gotten below 42* and the ice maker makes exactly 8 ice cubes every 24 hours! We took it back to the dealer for assessment and repair. They told us they couldnt do anything......only Whirpool servicemen could touch it! We are leaving on a trip tomorrow morning (after having left it at the dealership for a week!) and Whirpool has STILL not been out to look at our refrigerator. We are extremely disappointed!

I bought this fridge based on the description QUIET COOLING.This is a loud fridge with a hum and motor noise when it goes through the cooling cycle. The 30 year old GE that this replaced was quiet. I do not mind some compressor and fan noise however you can hear this throughout the house. I feel I was misled by the description and would recommend Whirlpool removing the quiet cooling from the product description. If quiet is what you are looking for this fridge is not for you.

this was installed in our $350,000. 2017 Showhauler RV. We have only used this unit 8 to 10 days.. The refrigerator quit cooling. We were lucky to catch it before we lost our food the Memorial day weekend. Contacted customer service and was told "sorry out of warranty".. Repairman can and verified that it lost coolant and would cost more to buy compressor than to replace.. Now we have to try to find a unit to fit the space and also try to remove the old refrigerator and install a new one.

I really like the movable storage box. The fact that all storage boxes are clear is nice too. The only thing that is a negative is that the moving storage box is a bit difficult to open at times, and overall the refrigerator is a bit noisy. Maybe I need to get used to it.

This came with a park model camper. The biggest disaster! Camper near $40,000 and haven't got one good season out of it. Lost about $200 worth of meat.
Nearly lost a second set of meat after opened up camp this weekend. The fix in 2017 was loss of coolant, repair made and issue back again.

I bought this refrigerator a little over two months ago and it quit working 4 days before Christmas. I called to schedule service and of course they couldn't come until after the holiday - 5 days later. The serviceman couldn't fix it, and narrowed the problem down to one of two things. Due to the New Year holiday, it took him a WEEK to come back. He couldn't fix it again....so now we're almost two weeks without a fridge (not to mention the $$$$ that went down the drain when our food spoiled). He finally came back two days later to replace the compressor. He was late (sent by whirlpool), whatever they were doing smelled awful, and I do not trust that it'll keep working....do not buy this. I will not be buying a whirlpool appliance again.
