We replaced our LG 2 ice maker with a new one. It has been a month the ice is so foul tasting we are buying ice. We have replaced the filter twice. It is the ice makers as the water taste fine. We noticed the ice makers are plastic which we feel is causing the terrible taste

LG refrigerator with magic see thru door

It took 5 weeks to get our LG refrigerator and worth the wait. Love the see thru door and easy access to milk and juice and our coffee creamers. Lots of ice in door and freezer pull out tray. I dont have wifi so cant comment on that. We like this LG better than the kitchenaid it replaced.

We purchased this refrigerator a few weeks ago and really like the quality of the build and the configuration of the features. The finish and ease of use of the moving parts such as the drawers are really nice. This is much better than competitors products. The price point was fair considering the current cost of living.

Love the dual ice maker

Ok so the process leading up to getting this fridge was arduous at best due to the place of purchase- but one I got it and am getting to use it I love it. I still am not able to use the Wi-Fi aspect- very complicated and not at all straight forward but hope yo get it set up soon. Also I am not exactly pleased with the spacing of the shelvesnot enough room for pitchers- we here in the South HAVE to have a place for tea The door in door feature seems like it would be a benefit but just makes it more complicated to get used to. Love the space in the freezer and the double ice maker As long as that keeps working Ill be a happy camper and the Wi-Fi hook upalso they need to make the ice selector screen easier to readno back light on the selection choices hard to read

The fridge stopped working

We have had this fridge for a little over three years and one day we woke up to a warm fridge and all our food perished. LG could not send someone to fix it for over 3 weeks they came over fix it left and the fridge was still the same except that now makes a lot of noise. We called the company and they say they cannot send someone again for another week. We have two small children and it is a real struggle with no fridge in the house. This fridge comes with a 10-year warranty but the technician told us that this model is defective from the manufacture.
