I bought this fridge about a month ago from a local chain store. The delivery guy did the absolute worst thing evry and took it out of the box and strapped it on the dolly and smashed the handles in and damaged the door bar. They tried to give me another fridge but this was the one that we wanted. We asked for repairs and the store said no that they for charge the moving company and return the fridge back to the store. I decided to keep it and buy the replacement parts. The local store offered to pay half but ended up picking up the parts cost after I complained. This fridge is great. I like the bar that allows you to open a door for things that are routinely accessed. I also like the fact that the shelf inside is easily retractible to allow for the taller items and bottles to be placed in the main body. I also like the size this fridge has the capacity to not only store but very reasonable accomidations for access. I am a baller

Cant get warranty work done

We purchased this refrigerator in February of 2022 and in December of 2022 we got the 1F E error code on the display. We defrosted the freezer 2 times The last time we let it sit open for 12 hours. Still comes up with 1F E error. Have been told cant find a service provider available. This has been going on for over a month now. I dont recommend this refrigerator

Perfect for our needs

So far I have had the refrigerator for about a month. The one I have is the 30 cubic foot french door the one I had before this one was the 27 cubic foot that needed to be replaced after 2 weeks due to it thinking the freezer door was open. The LG tech was awesome with trying to repair it he came out 4x but couldnt get it fixed Home Depot was awesome in getting it replaced with the one I have now the 30 cubic feet and I am kind of glad because the one I have now is awesome very quite makes ice fast and even the craft ice is clear with no bad taste. I highly recommend the only thing I wish was different is the power cord. It does not connect to the back of the fridge it is routed along the top and connected to the plastic cover on top for the door hinges. I had to trim my cabinets to make room for the power cord. No big deal just thought I should mention it.

Great new fridge

Our old LG died after 11 solid years so I grabbed this one as quick as I could even though it is a bit pricey. Definite upgrade and very happy with it so far. We go through a lot of ice so its great having the 2 ice makers. We have had no problems with the craft ice maker that others seem to have had only solid craft ice that lasts longer than the cubes.

Good for the most part

Have had it for 2 1/2 yrs and works great until it doesnt. The compressor recently went out in our fridge and it took a week to get the warranty work taken care of. The repair guy told us the back tends to collect a lot of dust around the intake which makes the compressor have to work hard and can cause them to stop working. Otherwise we have been happy with the fridge and enjoy the two ice makers as we tend to go through a lot of ice in a day being a family of 6. Has plenty of storage for our needs.

Super quiet very efficient sturdy build with a lot of nice features. Great Ice maker in the door. This model makes craft ice large round balls in the freezer that are nice for my drinks in the evenings. The fridge is a bit quirky in a couple of ways. to walk up to the fridge and change from water to ice in the door dispenser you have to push the button to activate it then release it and push it again to change the setting. Quirky. Also the craft ice has a 3 and 6 ball setting. this means it will produce either 3 or 6 in a 24 hour time span. however only 3 at a time. The open door alarm is not connected to the door in a door. The inside could use another retractable shelf to make room for taller items next to the one already in place. the middle shelf is split: one retractable and one that is not I Love the freezer space and configuration. I Love the look. black stainless Truly is finger print resistant. And Ill say it again Quiet.
