The ability to split the oven in half and cook two items at different temperatures or cook one small dish without having to heat up the entire oven has been extremely useful. I routinely use convection cooking and really like the ability to use the microwave for convection cooking. When we chose the oven, we had high expectations and it has not disappointed.

I love this for cooking although it does have some faults.
For example, the microwave switch keeps flickering like a disco ball, replaced parts and it still has the fault.
I would advise against black stainless finish, it cannot withstand the heat from the oven. The Dino's is coming off on the microwave oven door above. I of course it didn't start that until after the 1st year Warrentee.
The rotation plate is now broken and won't turn. The center has cracked from the heat of the microwave oven. Been waiting a month for the part.
I love using Samsung products but I highly recommend purchasing extra warrentee.

i've had my unit for less than 3 years and we are a two adult household. the microwave is not working and i've been dealing with representatives all day trying to get a ticket number just to have someone look at it. i have an error code but nothing comes up on the internet on how to repair the issue. i'm disappointed that my microwave would fail so soon after purchasing and installing this unit.

do not buy this oven. this combo must be old.the microwave often smokes when i try to cook on convection. no self-cleaning. the racks have to be removed to self clean. they are not truly stainless. it is like pained an. that is why you have to remove them. cleaning left white stains on the bottom, and there is a streak of grease in the middle of the oven window, between the double panes. no way to clean. the "supposed" divider to split does not work properly. if i had been able to see this oven in action, i never would have made the purchase.

i built a new house and bought samsung cooktop, their best refrigerator and this oven. every other appliance is fine, but the oven quit working at 2 years, out of its 1 year warranty. after hours and hours on the phone samsung agreed to pay me back a little over half of the cost of the oven because it could not be repaired by their technician. now i have to pitch in more of my money to buy another oven/microwave and btw its taken them 4 months to finally pay me.

first off, i think this combination oven/microwave is great when it works. i've had to call a local service tech twice out of warranty. first was a burnt wire internally due to a design flaw and the other was loose hardware in the doors. i've called samsung about these issues and was told that i would have to pay for service. so, almost two years in, and have paid about $600 in service calls.
there is also constant reboot of the screen. in the middle of cooking and then the system will crash and reboot. if you turn off wifi to the device it seems to help, but then your clock will not keep accurate time.
paying this much for an appliance with zero support after a year from samsung is just ridiculous. i would move on to another brand. there are other more reliable alternatives.

I have always known Samsung products to be top notch before. Aside from my current mobile, I haven't experienced Samsung in quite a while and so was very excited to try this combo-oven out. The universe was working for us, as our microwave died the week after we found out we were receiving this!
I'm big on cooking-and baking-from complete scratch. Making my own noodles, making my own baked goods from flour-making my own flours even (on occasion-not always!). So This oven seemed like a dream come true. All of the features, the convection and even steam clean options, power broiling, what an amazing piece of machinery!
One thing to mention: Once installed, I was unable to use the top power convection oven microwave combi-oven, it came with a broken motor! Fortunately, Samsung had my back and backed their products and had someone out to my house the following week. They sent that person with another broken oven, so he had to schedule another person to come the following week to install a third motor. So, here there are pro's and cons to weigh. If you can be patient, if you have to deal with a set back or three, the pro's that can come with their incredible products are well worth it.
I've only been using it now for a week, maybe two. Here is my take thus far:
Some features of note worth touting:
Steam bake, steam roast, and steam sterilize/clean! As a mom with chronic illness and autoimmmune issues in the house, I find this to be an incredible lifesaver-literallly.
THREE ovens in one-since there is a divider(removable) with two convection fans in the bottom oven with separate controls for separate cooking options. Are you ever in charge of the holiday dinners or bake sales? This baby has your back.
Smart Control, Gourmet Cook, Healthy Cook, Slim Fry, Fit Choice, and Sensor Cook.
My husband's favorite is the "Dinner Plate" option under Sensor Cook-though he cautions he doesn't recommend using a microwave safe plate. Definitely use oven-safe specific, even if it is the microwave sensor cooking option being used. It can melt through some good tuppperware or dinnnerware.
The different options have several separate sub-options to choose from within, you can add more by downloading via you phone or computer and transferring over via the SmartThings App.-Another caution here, it can be troublesome to get the oven to work with your phone or wifi. I've seen this elsewhere as well. Sometimes technology likes to be finicky.

The delivery of my oven was greatly anticipated. Upon arrival the oven was unpacked and i was able to see all the features it offered. Because of the covid virus everything is pretty much shutdown and i have not been able to get an installer into my house. Once this period passes i will hopefully have full use of the oven. If it works as great as my samsung cooktop i will be impressed.

We recently had the Samsung Microwave Combination Wall Oven installed to replace our aging unit. Delivery and installation by XPO went smoothly and flawlessly. The technological advances from our last oven are great. We are still learning all the neat features that it offers, but right away we could see how our lives were about to change.
The microwave has a large capacity, and is easy to use and program. There are sensor settings that automatically cook the selected items to completion. There are speed broil and convection settings as well, that add an additional space for cooking those large meals when the oven is in use.
The oven is also very spacious, and offers 6 rack positions. One of the included racks is a gliding rack which makes it easy to insert and remove large or heavy items. There is also a divider, which when placed in the center rack position, creates two separate temperature zones, allowing more capacity for baking. When in use, the entire unit allows 3 different zones for baking / broiling.
The display is large and user friendly. Multiple options are presented based on the mode selected by the larger controls for each space. The oven easily connects to the Samsung SmartThings app, and we can monitor the progress of our meals, and can also remotely start / stop and change temperature.
We absolutely love all the features and the ease of use of our new combination wall oven / microwave. Samsung has hit it out the park with this one!

This oven and microwave combination is really beautiful I love the blue interior. We've only had it installed a few weeks so we have not even begun to figure out all the options, but I do like the functionality of being able to cook in the different zones. It does seem like it takes a bit longer on cook times, so I'm not sure of the actual temp vs requested temp, but overall a great purchase.

the wall oven/microwave is really beautiful. i love the blue interior and the ability to specifically select where i want the cooking to occur. we haven't even begun to use all the options. the cooking temp does seem a little low as things take a bit longer to cook than usual. we need to double check the actual temp vs the requested temp.

This combo oven microwave is awesome. Having the flex setup in the oven makes meal time easier when cooking items at different Temps. Made dinner time come faster. I haven't tried all the features yet but imagine this is great.
The microwave actually cooks our food rather than the dish the food is in or on like our old unit. This has cut down on our cooking times. Just like the oven dinner time is a better experience and comes sooner now.
The wifi feature is nice but still could use some work. But being able to operate the over remotely to preheat the oven is nice and being able to see status when I'm away from the oven like upstairs is a very convenient feature.
I have had numerous brands in the past and this Samsung unit is by far the best I've had to date. It actually cooks my food the way we want and in less time.

This is an oven/microwave combo that seems to do it all! It had been almost a decade since we had purchased a major appliance like this, but a new home and a kitchen renovation drove us to replace all of our appliances. The microwave is as effective as you would think and there are so many more options. Air Frying, Baking, Sense Cook, ability to control it via the SmartThings app, you name it. For the oven, the FlexDuo capability is great too. While you won't be able to do large cooks with that in place, it is still extremely handy to be able to have 2 temperatures in the same oven. All of that, and it's also a beautiful appliance, especially in black stainless. Knocked a star off because ambient oven temperature readings out of the box do not match the oven thermometer

I finally got my Samsung Flex Duo microwave and wall oven combo. I was super excited to get to cooking something. So first I want to brag on the quickness it heated up and cooked the food all whilst being quite. Not jets taking off. I also want to brag on the convenience and space saving this combo is. The microwave is built into the oven. Looking at it it looks like a normal double oven. The top is the microwave and the bottom is the oven which has a nifty divider so the one becomes two ovens! Theres so many great features. I love that I can download a cookbook to it. I'm bad at keeping notes and worst at remembering. If your looking for a more convenient type of cooking. The Flex Duo is the way to go. Did I mention that its wifi enabled and that you can monitor things rite from your phone. It's like Dreamland!!

I had no idea we are getting a brand new Samsung combi oven- my husband kept it a secret until the delivery date. I only got to see it when the delivery guy installed it. OMG, the oven & microwave combination is awesome, looks gorgeous in my kitchen. I had the black refrigerator and dishwasher, so all I needed was to upgrade the oven and the cooktop. Now that is done. The oven has so many cool features - it ofcourse has the traditional bake and broil features, but it has this cool quick bake (with fan) which baked the food faster, luckily I was still in the kitchen to monitor the food, it baked in almost half the time, and cooked evenly. Apart from that there are two cavities in the oven- lower and upper, so there is an option to cook different dishes at different temperatures, much like having two ovens, how cool is that. And finally the microwave, I am totally impressed with it. Its super quiet, have so many features, including the bake and broil. I am loving it. I use the microwave several times a day. And the oven, couple of time a week. I cooked tandoori chicken, chicken biryani and other dished in the oven and they turned out delicious. I called my sister and few friends to brag about it, and they didnt believe me that oven can make such a big difference in cooking. So I am planning to invite my friends home and bake something. Honestly, I am surprised too, how much difference the oven had made with what I am baking. Much much better than my previous oven, this is like a super upgrade. The finish is super sleek, it doesnt attract lot of stains or finger prints, and if there is any dirt, it just wipes super clean with a cloth. My husband connected this appliance with our Smartthings setup, so if I am cooking something, I can monitor how much time is left, and even change temperature or turn off. There is also a smart control mode, in which, I can even start, set time and turn off from my phone, thats super cool, welcome to the future. Finally after cooking, I use the hybrid clean feature, which is super easy to use, just filled the water in the resorvoir and turn on the clean feature and voila is done, and ready to use for the next time. The inside of the oven is made with some high quality ceramic material, so it doesnt attract too much stains, but whatever is there, the hybrid clean took take of it. I am extremely with it.

I've been enjoying the Samsung double wall oven for over a month now, right of the box I was really impressed with the built quality and the ultra modern and minimalist look.
Having this great setup has definitely encourage me to cook more often at home and save money in food delivery services. Even though I'm not a great cook, I have still managed to use quite a few cooking modes and features like air fry, convection bake and 'gourmet cook'. There are so many different modes a set-ups, it is a very versatile product.
I'm still learning all the different options and configurations but so far all the meals and dishes I've prepared have been on point. I totally recommend this product to everyone that enjoys cooking or wants to have one of the nicest double wall ovens in the market.
By the way, I didn't know I could make such a good salmon steak! (Samsung provides cheat sheets in the display suggesting cooking temperature which is very helpful)

I've had the microwave and oven combo for a few weeks now and I have to say I'm impressed. I love the look of the unit and the bright easy to use LCD screen really makes it stand out. The unit connects to Samsung Smartthings via Wi-Fi and communicates with our Samsung Family Hub refrigerator. The fridge will even speak "The cooking has completed" once the timer shuts off. This is helpful, because the timer on the oven could be a little louder. You are only given the option to adjust all volume, not just timer volume in the settings menu. Samsung, if you're listening, please push an update that will allow separate volume control. I (and others I suspect) would prefer to set lower "touch" sounds and set the timer volume a bit higher.
As far as cooking goes, the microwave is very powerful and even has a feature called Speed Broil, which uses microwave and broiler at the same time to quickly reheat leftovers without them ending up soggy. The microwave cavity can even be used for baking, bringing the total independent baking cavities up to three when you include the lower cavity divided in half with the Flex Duo divider. The smart cooking modes are awesome. If you can't remember what temperature to bake salmon at – just select the Healthy Cooking mode and touch the salmon steak option. Easy!

We selected the Samsung Flex Duo Microwave Combination Wall Oven to replace an aging combination appliance, and we shockingly surprised at all the features and conveniences that it offered.
The oven looks amazing in Black Stainless Steel, matching our Samsung refrigerator. The inside of the oven is a beautiful royal blue, and comes with many accessories.
The top Microwave is more than a standard microwave offering many additional features. These include Power Convection, Broil, Speed Power Convection, Speed Broil, Auto Cook. Defrost, Slim Fry, Fit Choice and Sensor Cook. There are so many different settings to explore, but we have had great success so far with several, but the family's favorite is the Sensor Cook, which automatically controls the time for the item selected (Popcorn, Potato, Pizza, Dinner Plate, etc.)
The lower oven also offers many different features. It has a very large capacity with 6 rack positions. The unit comes with 2 standard racks and 1 gliding rack. The gliding rack allows you to extend the rack well out of the oven making it easy to place large or heavy items.
The oven also comes with a divider, which when placed in the middle rack position, creates a dual oven. There are two flex compartments which may be independently controlled with different modes, temperatures and timers. This offers us the most flexibility when creating a meal requiring multiple baking temperatures and times!
The display is large and fully interactive. The controls are easy to use and read, and there are even many recipes offered on the display.
Like our other Samsung appliances, we have connected the Combi Wall Oven / Microwave to our SmartThings App. With this app, we are able to monitor the progress of our cooking, as well as receive notifications when items are complete. The lower oven can be controlled with the app, and can change oven modes, time and temperature.
Delivery and installation by XPO went smoothly and quickly. The installers were professional and took amazing care when installing the appliances.
The entire family has thoroughly enjoyed learning all the new features that our microwave and oven have to offer. It's efficiency, effectiveness, and modern style has made this appliance a welcomed addition to our kitchen!

The Best microwave combination wall oven I have ever seen and owned. This one has tons of features.
1. Microwave can be used as a conventional oven for baking or broil, there is also options for speed bake or speed broil, defrost and sensor cook options. That's amazing. I don't to heat up the big oven if I am just looking to bake few cookies or bake a small pizza, well, I also backed a large pizza in the top.
2. The oven can be used to cook 2 separate items at different temperatures using the separator. Thats a cool feature.
3. Total feel of the appliance is great. The knobs looks really amazing, gives premium feel. The interior lighting is bright and appropriate. The display is very vibrant and shows all the required information and status of the oven or microwave. When idle the screen shows a clock, which is pretty cool.
4. Last but not least, the appliance can be connected to smartthings. The app can be used to monitor the appliance, and check the status of the cooking. The appliance can only be monitored but not controlled from the app, but if the appliance is put in "Smart Control" setting (only available for the oven ), then the app can be used to start the cooking, stop the cooking or change the temperature, turn on or off the oven lights. This is a great feature and I see it using quite often. But one annoying thing is - everytime the appliance is used, I get a popup notification on the phone the cooking is complete or cooking is paused or cooking is cancelled. It was cool initially, but then we use the microwave a lot, so it became annoying. There is no option to disable this notification. But I guess, the ball is in Smarthings app, so the developers can easily fix it. I have reported this in the playstore. Otherwise, it is awesome feature to brag about.
Overall, this is a superb appliance, so many cool features. I would surely recommend to a friend or family.

Very stylish product and matches well with my Samsung refrigerator. Love I have the Black stainless and love that the finish hides fingerprints so well. Much better than traditional stainless product and easier to keep looking spiffy. We use all three cook systems for different meals and love the versatility of speeds. I use the convection/microwave option the most. Makes it easy and quick to cook with the speed of a microwave but the consistency and food quality of an oven. I cook salmon, steaks, burgers all in the microwave convection section. The built-in menus are super useful. No thinking just follow the questions and Viola! Dinner!

I was warned by a local appliance repair shop not to buy Samsung because I would need to have them serviced frequently. They were right. I like the features on this unit and it looks great, but I have had technical problems with it from the start. Luckily I did listen to the repair shop when they said if I did buy Samsung to get an extended warranty. I would steer clear of this unit.

This oven has some great qualities. Unfortunately, I can't get past the fact that the clock will only display an hour at a time -- it comes on right after use but will only stay on for the subsequent hour. If this isn't a problem for you, then I guess I could recommend it. However, it takes the fun out of it for me. Samsung went to the trouble of designing various stylish clock faces to choose from but doesn't provide the option of letting the clock display perpetually. I will also say that the microwave cook time and start interface is not as perfectly streamline as I would like for an appliance that is so heavily in use -- requires me to select "ok" after inputing the time, in addition to having to select start -- not clear to me why the extra step is required. Also, the microwave is sometimes loud-ish -- makes me wonder if something is getting ready to malfunction. Having said all that, the bottom oven seems to produce good results -- heats quickly and evenly.

I did a lot of research on wall ovens when I decided to replace my 11 year old Wolf combination wall oven. I kept coming back to the Samsung ovens after comparing features, costs, appearance and overall quality expectations. I finally settled on the Samsung NQ70M7770DG/AA with the Flex duo and microwave combination.
After 5 weeks of use, I'm convinced I made the right choice for all of the reasons stated above.
The oven heats quickly, is so easy to use and is a stunningly attractive addition to my kitchen. The microwave is a cinch to use and does its job effectively and efficiently.
This is a quality product, often priced less than other major brands competing products. I expect many years of excellent baking, broiling and roasting from this Samsung product.
