i expected that i might have some issues with the ice maker since that appears to have been a problem but so far it is working like a charm. love the drawers ...no more bending over to find things. very happy with my pirchase.

We had to get a fridge after ours stopped working. I wish the bottom glass piece shelf would come out easier. Had to clean up a mess from the ice maker. It left about an inch of water in crisper. The 1/2 shelf is kinda odd too. Hard to put in a gallon of milk. Buy love the freezer. It's easy to organize. Love the middle drawer. I put food easy to grab for kids in it.

i have not even had this fridge for 5 years, purchased june 2017 and i have had problems with the back freezing and ice maker freezing up for 2 of these years. i had to purchase a counter icemaker because of how unreliable the ice was. i have to take the food out to thaw the fridge at least every month or the fridge will stop cooling do to the fan freezing and spoil our food which has happened often. an appliance is something you want to last being as expensive as it is. i am now purchasing a new fridge and will never go back to samsung, dont sau i did not warn you.

rf25hmedbsr 4 door refrigerator has issues with consistent cooling temperatures and frequent icing over of the ice maker.
8 weeks ago, end of august, our ref/frzr stopped working. compressor failure. seven service calls, 3 compressors, condensers, computer boards and driers. still not working.
samsung will not stand behind defective product. should be able to repair; however, deemed unrepairable.

this unit is one of the most impressively beautiful and expensive refrigerators out of all that i had the option of buying. i loved it the moment i'd seen it. it also has been the worst refrigerator i've ever owned. the ice maker has stopped working on multiple occasions, and twice the water lines got cracks in them and flooded my basement. a week ago we'd lost power and the communication center is blinking 1/2 letters and numbers and can not be used. which means i can not change the temperatures etc. if i had the choice again i would pass on this model. it has been nothing but problems.

there is plenty of room for every thing. i realy love my new refregerator . the sheilfs are adjustable. there is plenty of room in the freezer, the upper sheilf keeps everything aranged and organised. it's easy to clean and take care of. the finger print resistant exterier was a great ideal. the ice maker is a real disapointment. it is the slowest as far as despencing that i ever owned. the left upper sheilf lacks what i feel is enough suppout. i am fear putting anything like a gallion of milk on it because it seems so flimsy.

this is a great fridge if you want one for just a couple years. if you want one that lasts more than 6 years, this is probably not the one, or the brand, for you. ours got a freon micro-leak and based on the location, it is not repairable. i have been a loyal samsung product owner- from phones, tablets, washers and dryers to kitchen appliances, but between my leaky washer and now this, i think i'm done.

freezer not working for over a month and samsung only uses certain companies to work on their products and the companies they use suck. we have been waiting to hear back from technician for price on repair for over 2 weeks and samsung wont do anything other than continuously escalate promise to call us back and never do. never will i buy samsung again or recommend. they also recommended i use other service providers and that will cost me more money as i already paid for first company to come out and troubleshoot. samsung is the worst and don't stand behind their products or contractors they hire stay away.

the icemaker broke 10 months after i bought this. then, it broke again 2 1/2 years after i purchased this along with the compressor. samsung does not need to be in the appliance business. the worst experience i have had. luckily, i bought the extended warranty, but, that has been a nightmare as well. i had 1 repairman out and said that the refrigerator died. i had to get a second opinion and he had to reorder all the parts again b/c the first repairman took the parts he didn't use. going on five weeks now. will not be purchasing anything with the name samsung on it again.
